Christina Ciotta
Executive Director

Kaycee Fabe
Celebrations Director
Kaycee was born and raised in Quincy, Massachusetts, a small, New England town just outside the Boston city limits. She attended Northeastern University and studied Mass Communications and Journalism. For 20 years, Kaycee enjoyed her career as a Flight Attendant with TWA and United Airlines. During those years traveling the world, she met her husband, and they just celebrated their 28-year wedding anniversary. They have two wonderful children, Michal and Noah, as well as a furry little Corgi-mix named Max.
Kaycee was led into senior living almost eight years ago, and says one of her favorite things is getting daily opportunities to “Make It Count!” Kaycee says the ‘It’ is the overflowing joy one receives from a social or educational event, or a special outing.
On any given day, you will find Kaycee hosting a party, fitness class, or dancing in the hallways. She believes that socials and parties, along with learning events, fitness and spiritual activities will nurture the mind, body, soul and spirit. As the Director of Celebrations, Kaycee’s vision is for perpetual opportunities to engage with life and one another and to enjoy life’s blessings each and every day.

ZACH EVANS
Director of Culinary Services
Zach Evans found his calling to cuisine in 1985 when he joined The United States Navy. He began working on the large Navy Ships cooking for hundreds of his shipmates, and served for ten years in our US Military. Zach earned his Culinary Arts Degree from Johnson and Wales College. Upon graduation he secured a position as a Chef at the Flamingo Hilton Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. He quickly became an indispensable asset to the Hilton, and spent eight years bringing his exquisite palate and creativity to everything he touched.
Chef Zach joined the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Center as Executive Sous Chef overseeing the Hilton Banquets. Zach showed an unwavering focus on the use of the best, seasonally sustainable ingredients. He was honored with invitations to host banquets at incredible venues, including Maggiano’s Italian Restaurant in Plano, Texas.
What led him to Senior Living? While at The Hilton, Zach was asked to showcase his culinary skills at a Christmas Banquet for a retirement community. They enthusiastically received his presentation, and subsequently, they offered him a job as their Executive Chef and Dining Services Director. He has enjoyed Senior Living for over 20 years, and has continued to delight his residents with his refined, contemporary cuisine.
On any given day Chef Zach can be found creating culinary dishes. He believes the most flavorful cuisine is made simply with the best, highest quality products. It is Zach’s vision as The Culinary Director at The Conservatory, to bring you attractive, savory tasting foods, and deliver the highest level of customer service. His goal is for you to feel proud of your dining experience every day. Zach is looking forward meeting you and hearing your thoughts!

James was born in “Corn Husked” Omaha, Nebraska, and raised in a military family, spending most of his youth in both Wyoming and Nevada. He is a Veteran of the United States Army and proudly served in the military for six years. About 34 years ago, James began his career in Facility Operations. His background spans Schools, Businesses, and, for the past five years, Senior Living facilities ranging from Independent Living to Assisted Living and Memory Care.
In his spare time, James cherishes every moment with his family. When at home, he enjoys golfing, cooking, watching sports, and BBQing with family. James says his favorite part about working in Senior Living is interacting with residents, serving them, and making a difference while ensuring a safe and functional living environment.
James brings a strong commitment to excellence, and we are thrilled to have him here making a difference for our residents.

Cecily Marcus
Director of Sales
Over 17 years ago, Cecily Marcus found her calling when she personally experienced helping her own grandmother search for a retirement community. This led Cecily to discover her passion for helping other seniors find the right place to call home. Cecily is a native Texan, born in Houston, and later moved to the Keller-Southlake area, where she graduated from Southlake Carroll High School.
Cecily married the love of her life 26 years ago, and they have a beautiful seven-year-old daughter. She has been an active member of Keller United Methodist and First UMC of Hurst. In her spare time, Cecily enjoys singing in the church choir and spending time with family and friends.
With a servant’s heart, Cecily truly enjoys helping seniors. She says her favorite part of working in Senior Living is experiencing a resident’s move-in and watching them realize how much they love it. It brings her joy to see them thrive — making friends, participating in celebrations, and enjoying life.
On any given day, you can find Cecily making a difference at the Conservatory at Keller Town Center. Please stop by and meet Cecily! She is eager to learn more about you and will make you feel right at home.

Jonah Villarreal
Fitness Coordinator
We’re excited to introduce Jonah Villarreal, our Fitness Coordinator. He brings a wealth of experience in fitness, rehabilitation, and wellness, and he’s looking forward to getting to know you!
With a background in Physical Therapy at Encompass Health, Jonah has always been passionate about helping people regain and maintain their mobility. Seeing the impact movement has on quality of life inspired him to work directly with seniors, helping them stay active, independent, and resilient.
Growing up, his father encouraged him to stay involved in sports — not for competition, but for the personal growth and discipline it fosters. That foundation led to over 15 years in fitness, including martial arts training in Muay Thai, personal training, and even lifeguarding and swim instruction during college.
Originally from Houston, TX, Jonah earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Angelo State University in 2021. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he worked as a Nurse Aide in a step-down unit, which deepened his understanding of patient care. Later, he transitioned to physical therapy, where he met his best friend and now fiancée, Elizabeth.
His journey eventually led him to the Conservatory Keller, where he’s excited to be part of this community. Jonah loves the energy and wisdom of senior living communities — plus, he knows he’ll always get honest feedback! Most importantly, he’s passionate about helping residents rediscover the joys of movement and physical activity in a fun and supportive way.
Jonah is eager to meet you and help you stay active, mobile, and strong.
