Well, as you have probably heard, we had quite a week last week in Texas! Power outages, boil water orders, below zero temperatures, no food delivery trucks, and more. As residents of the Conservatory at Keller Town Center, we have nothing but praise and gratitude for the staff here! Not everyone made it to work, but those who did wore many hats! Everyone really stepped up to do their best to keep us all safe, fed, warm, dry, and comfortable under very difficult circumstances! They dealt with everything mentioned earlier plus frozen pipes and medical emergencies! Not every facility was as blessed as we were and we are very grateful!

My mother passed away in February 2025, with the Conservatory at Keller having been her home since August 2020. She moved in after she became widowed. The transition from married life to independent living was initially a shock for her. But, she quickly made friends and was embraced by the community family. My wife and I were also welcomed by the staff and residents. Mom loved it there, and told me many times that she considered it an honor to have been able to spend her remaining years in a place that she could call home. The Conservatory is beautiful, located in one of the best locations in Keller, and has very kind and attentive staff. It is a classy place. When researching options, the service offerings appeared to be at a higher level than those of the other independent living communities that we had explored. Because of this, my mother was able to remain in place as she aged, instead of being transferred to a much higher priced assisted living facility. She had a really good life while at the Conservatory. My family could not have asked for more.

I stayed at The Conservatory for seven years and would definitely recommend it. Anyone looking for a wonderful quiet and peaceful place to stay would love it. The staff is excellent and any issues you experience are taken care of immediately. The Director, Christina Ciotta , is continuously working with staff and clients to create the best atmosphere and accommodations for all.

The Conservatory at Keller Town Center has been my home for two years. Moving to this independent senior living community is one of the best decisions I ever made. The staff is considerate, caring, accommodating, and compassionate. Monthly calendars show a variety of activities. How much or how little I participate is my choice. The dining room menu changes daily, but alternative choices are always available. Friendly residents and having everyone on a first-name-basis combine to create a congenial community. Living here suits my lifestyle.

I knew from the moment I walked in the door at the Conservatory, I had found my home. The staff and the residents were so friendly and welcoming. Although I have only lived here a couple of months, I feel as if I have been here a long time. And the icing on the cake is that I am only 10 minutes from my son and his family. Thank you, Conservatory for giving me a place to call home, and many precious new friends!

Generally, I am not one to write reviews of businesses or their products but this is a special case. My wife and I moved to The Conservatory six (6) months ago and we simply love it here! Coming from central Kentucky, we knew no one in Keller except for our daughter and her family who live close by.We were made to feel welcome, respected and loved by a most remarkable staff and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Each staff member has gone out of their way to make us feel at home and they have most surely succeeded in doing so.The Conservatory is a well-planned, well-run senior living facility with plenty of activities and wonderful, friendly people. We have discussed this often and my wife and I cannot think of any place we'd rather live. Five stars and two thumbs up!Daniel and Donna.
